Luft Zip

The Luft Zip uses a solid gold Krining Disc as the spherical generation catalyst. The Krining Disc is rotated through the sphering medium. The precision machined openings raise the sphering medium into the output stream of the orb blower. The fusion of these elements generates a stasis field that is filled in by the sphering medium. The orb stream then carries each newly formed sphere away from the production area allowing for a continuous fusion process.

The structure is made from extruded titanium stock, engineered for maximum rigidity. The orb blower is mounted on a two axis adjustment system that provides precise adjustment of the output stream for maximizing the fusion efficiency. Finally, the entire structure is mounted on adjustable iridium supports with integrated LRF. Sphering medium sold separately. See the Luft Zip in action.
